This warranty is given in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied. No statement or claim about the product by an employee, agent, or dealer of ®ZTEC Medical shall constitute a warranty by ®ZTEC Medical or give rise to any liability or obligation of ®ZTEC Medical.

®ZTEC Medical Inc. Warranties its equipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with appropriate maintenance. Length of warranty varies from product to product, please ask your ®ZTEC Medical representative for specific warranty coverage. For plastics, rubber or other expendable items, ®ZTEC Medical warrants only that such parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.

We will repair or replace any defective item or parts covered under the warranty that are returned to us within the warranty period. The following information is required: RMA number (call ZtecMedical to obtain), a letter stating the problem, serial number, and copy of invoice or, in lieu of invoice, the purchaser’s name, date of purchase, phone number and address.
Equipment that has been damaged is excluded from this warranty and will be repaired for a fee. Please contact your freight company to submit any claims for shipping damage.

Please do not have your equipment repaired by a third party without prior written authorization. Doing so may void your original warranty.

Your rights

Once you have provided us with your personal data, you have reasonable access to that information so that you can update, modify or, if legally possible, delete it. For this purpose, we refer you to the Ztec Medical privacy page (www.ztecmedical.com/privacy) where you can exercise your rights. On this website page, you can also pose other privacy questions or file your privacy complaints to Ztec Medical privacy website note at (info@ztecmedical.com)
You can also delete or change the privacy settings of your My Ztec Medical account by logging into your account and accessing your “personal settings”.
You will also be provided with an opt-out opportunity in our commercial messages to you.

We want to know you better so that we can serve you better while at the same time respecting your choices about how we use your personal data.
